• There are roles that suit all kinds of availability – whether you have a little time or more to give, your help is truly appreciated    
• Sign up for the tasks/groups that fit your schedule – we'd love to have you involved Some as little as 20 minutes!

• Grade 7 Fundraising (connection)

• Event team (BBQ, Movie Nights, Parent Night out, etc)

5.0    Treasurer Report: (Maria)                                 10 minutes

Please review documents in advance of the meeting as we do not have time to present this in detail:

​Call for vote: Support for the change of approach for the field trip budget per classroom. 
​Move that the change of budget be approved

• Request for support/advice = Accountant/bookkeeping advice (as when needed, very low time commitment)
