Male, 6 feet tall, Caucasian, white hair, offers kids candy, toys, chance to look at a puppy. Call 911 if you see him - Police file number is 108833. hangs out behind the washroom of the waterpark at Prince Edward Park. UPDATE: If you see someone matching this description near the park call 911 immediately. If you have any further information you can also call Marnie (Nina's mom from the school) who works at the Police Department. Her cell number is 604.782.0804. In particular, if you see someone matching this description getting into a car, please try to write down the plate number and report it.
