Save the date for Soiree!  January 29, 2022 at Heritage Hall.

If you're double vaxxed, you're invited to join us for the fourth annual Soiree at Heritage Hall on Main Street. This year it will be for Livingstone families (in the past we have joined with Brock) only.

Purdy’s Fundraiser

Now that Halloween is out of the way, it’s time to think of … more chocolate!  The Livingstone PAC is doing a winter holiday Purdy’s Chocolate Fundraiser!  We have set a goal of raising $3,000 to pay for virtual performances in the new year.  This means $12,000 in sales.  If we meet our goal, the PAC will have a hot chocolate day at the school for all the kids!

When you create your online account, please use your child’s name and division number so that we know which student to deliver them to.  Example:
·        First name = Harry
·        Last name = Potter (Div. 2)

Important dates:
·        Nov. 12 – website opens for orders
·        Nov. 29 – website closes for orders
·        Dec. 14 – chocolates will be sent home with students

FAQs:
How does this work?  Go to the link, buy some chocolates, 25% of the proceeds get donated to the David Livingstone PAC.  Giant boxes of chocolates will be delivered to the school and volunteers will pack up the individual orders.
How do I get my chocolates?  We will be delivering the chocolates to classes on Dec. 14.  If you have multiple children, you may want to have them delivered to the one that is least likely to forget them at school.
Can friends and family buy chocolates too?  Of course!  Just send them the link.  You will need to: (1) let them know the name/division of the student that the chocolates need to be delivered to OR place the order for them.  (2) get the chocolates from the school on Dec. 14, (3) deliver them to your friends/family.  The PAC will pack up the chocolates with the rest of your order and deliver them to the David Livingstone student.
Do we need any volunteers?  Yes!  We will be packing up and delivering the chocolates on Dec. 14 and will need some help to do that.  Please contact Reiko [email protected] if you’re interested.
