Thanks to all who made the East Van Soiree such a success - for volunteering, attending, drinking, buying, and dancing. Although preliminary, it looks like net profit will be over $23,000 (to be divided between Livingstone and Brock)! An amazing night yielding amazing results for our kids!
We are so thankful to event co-chairs Julia Hibbard and Joanna Cook, MacDonald Realty for sponsoring the champagne reception, Karley Rice Personal Real Estate Corporation for sponsoring the balloon raffle, and John Rice of Jarvis McGee Rice for sponsoring the ceramic plates our kids painted. Food was generously donated by Simon Cotton from The Reef, Sonia Strobel from Skipper Otto’s Community Supported Fishery, and Adam at Nester’s Market.
