How to order through the Munch-a-Lunch site

Payment Details:
You should receive 2 emails; one from MUNCHALUNCH confirming your order, and one receipt from PAYPAL confirming your payment.
If your orders are not paid 48hours after placing them, the system will auto cancel the order.
Ordering will be closed 8 days prior to each lunch date. For example, you must order by September 18th for the September 26th Pizza Day.
Changes & Cancellations:
There are no changes, cancellations or refunds permitted. If you are unsure if your child will like the menu, please just order for 1 week and test it out. You can easily do this by REMOVING the dates before you finalize and pay.
We do encourage you to purchase all the lunches and juice recesses at once, rather than on a weekly basis. This will limit the amount of volunteer time needed to organize the orders.

Please double-check your order and review it with your child so he/she knows exactly what you’ve ordered for them each food day. Often children come to us confused thinking they were meant to receive food, but in fact their parents just didn’t order for them. We do not have any extra food to give out.
If your child is ill:
If your child is ill on a lunch date, you are welcome to come to school at lunchtime and pick up their lunch.
There are NO REFUNDS as this is a volunteer run fundraiser.
We appreciate your support for our Fun Lunch Days as the funds go towards general fundraising for the school.

Step 1: Log-in
- You will need to know your child’s Division to register.
- First time users must create an account by clicking HERE and following the steps to create your account.
- If you are a returning user, login to your account with your user name and password.
Step 2: Order Lunch!
- Click Order Lunch! Select your child’s name, and press the “next” button. You will be shown the available Menus (just click “next”).
- Select lunch items from the menu options for the lunch day. ( Pizza Day, Pasta Day etc)
- Please remember to click “ADD” after choosing lunch items in each menu before clicking next menu or your food items will not be added to your order.
- At the end of ordering, you can REMOVE any unwanted dates you do not wish to place an order for, or “select another child” and repeat the steps for each of your children.

- Payment can be made by PayPal/credit card online. No late payments will be accepted. (If possible please pay at time of ordering)
- Important * If you do not receive an emailed receipt from PAYPAL, your order is NOT PAID.
